as you can tell, i dont focus so much on the eastern conference, but im glad this guy made it through tonight, and at least got one win in the series. congrats pronger, Anaheim misses you.
ya thats michael leighton. yes he is playing for the portland pirates. and yes they used to be the AHL team of the Ducks. i just find this really amusing.

so hockey finally started. and what a welcome it was with a 0-4 destruction by the red wings. what a perfect ending to my week. its gonna be a long season.
finally a win. the ducks still have alot of work to do, but i think the win will change things for them. especially against vancouver who is suppose to be high and mighty this year.
the single greatest hockey game i have been to. getz and crosby almost dropped the gloves. crosby scored 2 goals. ryan, getz, and koivu all scored for the ducks. intense stuff right down to the very last second. incredible game.
just found out this man is going to be at the espn zone on thursday doing an interview. there was talk of give aways and autographs. aaaaaaannnnnndddd since i have nothing to do with me life guess where im gonna be?

DO NOT READ THIS. so for everyone else I tried to watch the game tonight on a stars feed (maybe that was my first mistake) but I had to turn it on mute because I got so fed up with the announcers. When fowler turned the puck over for that goal, they said “blame the rookie. it was his fault. maybe its because he is wearing a different number tonight. he was wearing 34 before.” he cheese face get your facts straight. 54 brother. 54! and it wasnt just fowler’s fault…well maybe a little. second, when koivu got pushed into lehtonen they got upset that koivu was doing it on purpose. sorry he got pushed? then they proceeded to say “hey look koivu is riding lehtonen. look at him go weeeeeeee!”. have some class dallas. i have now found the team i cannot stand. ill probably loose followers for this. best to move along.
